ROTARY CLUB OF ATLANTA (THE "CLUB"), A NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION, WAS CHARTERED BY ROTARY INTERNATIONAL ("RI") IN 1913. THE CLUB PROMOTES THE ADVANCEMENT OF INTERNATIONAL UNDERSTANDING, GOODWILL, AND PEACE THROUGH A WORLD FELLOWSHIP OF BUSINESS AND PROFESSIONAL PERSONS UNITED IN THE IDEA OF SERVICE. THE CLUB WAS ORGANIZED AND HAS CONTROL OVER SUPPORTING ORGANIZATIONS, WHICH ARE THE CHARITABLE FOUNDATION OF THE ROTARY CLUB OF ATLANTA, INC, THE ROTARY EDUCATIONAL FOUNDATION OF ATLANTA, INC., AND YOUTH SERVICE FUND, INC.
