The East Cut Community Benefit District is Rincon Hill + Folsom Street + Transbay. The East Cut Community Benefit District encompasses Rincon Hill + Folsom Street + Transbay. The East Cut Community Benefit District was created In July 2015 as a model for public/private partnerships to serve our district with the highest level of cleaning and safety services, enhance its public realm, and reinforce the viability of its economic base to make for a more connected community. The East Cut CBD provides services to the neighborhood 24hrs a day, seven days a week – cleaning nine miles of sidewalks, providing a nightly community security program, funding the programming and maintenance of Salesforce Park, and building community through regular neighborhood-based activations.
