THE PEOPLE'S LOBBY EDUCATION INSTITUTE'S (TPLEI) PRIMARY ACTIVITY IS TO DEVELOP THE POWER AND CAPACITY OF LOW AND MODERATE INCOME PEOPLE, AND PEOPLE OF COLOR, TO BUILD LOCAL COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE IN THEIR COMMUNITIES.
