Joseph McGowan Sue Ling Gin and Sebastian and Lee Rosica for the purpose of providing the future generations of their families the opportunity to positively impact their world through philanthropy and community service. Today the McGowan Gin Rosica Family Foundation includes the second and third generation of family members committed to improving the lives of people in their communities. Mission The mission of the McGowan Gin Rosica Family Foundation is to provide financial support to nonprofit 501c3 organizations whose objective is to empower the underserved and atrisk members of our communities to stimulate longlasting and sustainable change in their lives.
