Our mission is to provide a safe place for victims of domestic and sexual violence to make positive change in a supportive atmosphere. Founded as a grass roots organization in 1982 in West Plains MO by Peg Shaw and became a state recognized nonprofit in 1985. Outreach services provided in 8 counties Carter Douglas Howell Oregon Ozark Shannon Texas and Wright.
