Office Hours: Mon- Thursday 9-3:30pm ACCESS is a coalition of Christian congregations who provide safe, temporary emergency shelter, meals and compassionate assistance for homeless Ashland County women and families. ACCESS is a mechanism for our guests to develop skills and relationships that will allow them to transition to self sufficiency.
