Now were calling on lawmakers to prioritize the needs of those who served this state. In the 89th legislative session in 2025 we have two primary goals Securing a 13th check for retired public employees. Achieving a costofliving adjustment COLA for the 130000plus Texans who earned Employees Retirement System of Texas ERS pensions.
