Foxchasing on the Delmarva Peninsula THE WICOMICO HUNT INC (WHC) IS A SOCIAL CLUB WITH APPROXIMATELY 100 MEMBES DEVOTED TO THE SPORT OF FOX CHASING ON HORSEBACK. WHC MAINTAIN A PACK OF HOUNDS AND HAVE A PAID PROFESSIONAL HUNTSMAN, WHC HOLDS VARIOUS FUNDRAISERS TO SUPPORT CLUB ACTIVITIES.

The Wicomico Hunt Club A time honored tradition on the Delmarva Peninsula Established 1929 Recognized 1932 Wicomico Hunt Club has organized meets every Wednesday and Sunday from September through March. The pack consists of American PennMarydel and Crossbred hounds. The terrain is broad fields forest and wetlands along the rivers and tributaries to the Chesapeake Bay. Jumps are natural obstacles some chicken coops and ditches.
