Choose Hope Womens Center is a pregnancy medical clinic and resource center assisting women and families especially during the critical phases surrounding pregnancy decisions. Our mission is "to love people to life before, during and after a pregnancy decision. We offer medical services such as pregnancy tests, limited sonograms, and STI testing, educational programs for both moms and dads as well as material assistance until their child reaches age 3. We also offer post abortion support. All our services are free and completely confidential.
