A decade ago this inaugural band of big thinkers, creatives, and doers launched the first TEDx Grand Rapids on May 12, 2011. almost from the perspective of 'we don't know what we won't know'. That event forever changed not only our lives but influenced many in our community for years to come.

Who was your favorite speaker, what was your favorite talk, with whom did you make a life-altering connection. A decade ago on the second Thursday in May, the first TEDx Grand Rapids went live at 9 AM. A group of 20 or so core volunteers (100 day of show) invested nearly 10,000 hours to make this vision a reality.
