As the first ever Director of ABCD, Becky will play a key role in empowering NCF staff, board members, and volunteers to further NCF's mission through the principles of asset-based community development. Already Becky has unleashed tremendous energy and potential throughout the NCF network with the design and implementation of Operation Discovery with Hometown Interns, ABCD arts mapping work in numerous communities, and various youth engagement efforts across the state.
