Redemptive Cycles is a full-service nonprofit bike shop selling new and used bikes. We offer affordable repairs, classes, and weekly group rides! Check out redemptivecycles.com or come by 1305 2nd Ave N in downtown Birmingham, open Tuesday-Saturday 10-6 Redemptive Cycles is a non-profit bike shop in Birmingham, Alabama. With our charitable Earn-a-Bike and Sliding Scale Repairs programs we aim to help people experiencing homelessness and financial hardship access the work and accommodation they need by providing affordable, reliable transportation in the form of a bicycle and necessary bicycle repairs. We also provide a Public Workstation, Mechanics Education classes, and community enrichment through community-building events. We believe that bicycles are utilitarian and recreation tools by which our city and its people can propel themselves forward.
