Your Neighborhood Clinic Ready for a New Day We can help you restart YNC is a local not for profit mental health agency committed to improving the lives of families within urban communities. We provide a wide array of services to help improve the lives of individuals and families. We currently accept Blue CrossBlue Shield Magellan and United HealthStudent Insurance. We also provide services to sliding fee scale clients by our student trainees.
