Emily's Entourage is an innovative 501(c)3 organization that accelerates research for individuals in the final 10% of the cystic fibrosis population that do not benefit from existing mutation-targeted therapies. Emilys Entourage speeds lifesaving research and drug development for individuals in the final 10% of the cystic fibrosis (CF) community that do not benefit from currently available mutation-targeted therapies, including those with nonsense mutations of CF. By providing critical leadership and coordination, Emilys Entourage drives high-impact research, cultivates multi-stakeholder collaboration, and facilitates information exchange to speed breakthroughs. Our goal is singular: to expedite lifesaving treatments and a cure for the final 10% who are waiting with bated and fading breath.
