Family Meals, Inc. is devoted to supporting families who, despite their financial struggles, persistently strive to maintain their independence. Our mission is to empower these families. It's not just about meals, but the connections and benefits that come with them. Studies in sociology highlight that habitual family meals foster a child's self-worth and instill a feeling of belonging, alongside combating obesity rates. The simple act of gathering around the dinner table provides immeasurable advantages. When children possess a strong sense of self, it positively reflects in their mental outlook, school participation, and transfers a wave of confidence throughout their community and peers.
