As we celebrate #MENTOR35 this year, we’re pleased to continue highlighting our Affiliates that drive the mentoring movement forward. This month, we’re shining a light on MENTOR Minnesota, a MENTOR Affiliate since 2000, but an organization that began its impact in 1992. Since then, they’ve worked tirelessly to bring their vision to life - a vision that every youth in the Twin Cities community could live a better life if they had an adult mentor to guide them.🌱 Over the years, they’ve won a Peabody Award for a mentor recruitment campaign, helped pilot and shape what is now the National Quality Mentoring System, and co-created the Mental Health Ambassadors program, fully funded by the MN Department of Health. Most recently, they built and delivered the ‘Untold Legacies’ training to help investigate and increase equity in programs. ❤️ (fb)
