We are a Tax-Exempt 501(c) 3 Organization Created in 2012 by volunteers to rescue, rehabilitate, and find loving homes for homeless dogs and puppies. Safe Haven Dog Rescue was created by volunteers to rescue, rehabilitate, and find loving homes for homeless dogs and puppies. The majority of our dogs and puppies are rescued from Kill Shelters. We are all foster based, we do not have an actual “shelter". We work very hard to pull dogs and coordinate transportation and placement into foster homes. We are dedicated to disclosing everything we know about the dogs in our program to potential adopters. Sometimes we know a lot but, often we know only that they were strays, thrown away on the side of the road, in the woods,or found in abandoned houses. While we don't always know their past we are certain that by finding them loving homes, we will make their future brighter.
