Our mission is to improve athletic, academic, and social accountability skills of youth athletes in Charles County and the entire Southern Maryland region. The management and members of TFE will foster an environment that emphasize both academic and athletic excellence, physical and mental discipline, build self-esteem, increase social awareness, leadership and sportsmanship.
