Here's a word from SGU's New Beginnings - College Access Liaison: "Mitakuyepi, I’m reaching out to invite you to be a part of an exciting new storytelling series through the Igluwiyeya Program called: ✨ Owáš’ya: The Choice to Rise ✨ This series will highlight the powerful voices of SGU and SDSU students and alumni — sharing real stories about what inspired them to begin college, what kept them going through the tough times, and where their journey has taken them. Whether you’re just getting started or close to graduation, your voice matters. By sharing your story, you could help inspire high school students and other adults on our reservation to see that higher education is for them too.
