The Ohio County Cemeteries Foundation is a 501 c 3 non-profit organization that was established in June 2023 to raise funds for the restoration and preservation of cemeteries that lack an active association and board of directors. THE EXEMPT PURPOSE IS TO SUPPORT THE QUALITY OF LIFE AND ACTIVITY IN THE WHEELING NATIONAL HERITAGE AREA THROUGH BEAUTIFICATION PROJECTS AS WELL AS BY ACQUIRING AND PRESERVING HISTORICALLY SIGNIFICANT STRUCTURES.
