It is a practice that values creativity selfcultivation and mutual interdependence and supports new ways of showing up for self and other together across all differences and divides. It is a way of nurturing individual and community wellbeing which delights in all living things and recognizes that we carry one another through the best and worst of times a way that encourages compassion respect and love from our beginning in life to our very end.
