Estill County 21st Century dba Estill Development Alliance was formed in the mid-1990s by a group of civic-minded community leaders. EDA serves as an economic and community development catalyst for our rural Appalachian community of the cities of Irvine and Ravenna, and Estill County, Kentucky. We identify development needs in the community, big and small, and either try to get a program in place to meet those needs or help other organizations in our community develop the capacity to meet the needs.
