THESE SERVICES INCLUDE: A SAFE, CLEAN 24-HOUR ENVIRONMENT AT NO COST TO THE CLIENT NUTRITIOUS FOOD TRANSPORTATION TO MEDICAL APPOINTMENTS ASSISTANCE WITH MEDICATIONS COORDINATION OF HOME HEALTH SERVICES REFERRALS FOR HOUSING AND PRIMARY CARE.
