Providing Direct FamilytoFamily Peer Support A Family Support Organization funded by the New Jersey Department of Children and Families Childrens System of Care CSOC Support Education Advocacy Mission Statement To facilitate the empowerment of parents and caregivers of children with emotional behavioral and mental health challenges through a communitybased family centered culturally competent system of support education and advocacy. Family Support Organizations FSOs are familyrun countybased organizations that provide direct familytofamily peer support education advocacy to family members of children with emotional and behavioral challenges. Our Team Members We are not only providers we are empowered parents with children with various mental health emotional behavioral intellectual or developmental disabilities and challenges and have navigated the childrens system of care for many years. We are skilled in being able to provide valuable peer to peer support to families in need of services who are just beginning their journey through what could be perceived as a complicated system.
