Last week, along with our partners at the European American Chamber of Commerce-Carolinas, we were able to showcase Southern hospitality to Portuguese Ambassador to the U.S. Francisco António Duarte Lopes and AICEP Portugal Trade & Invest Director Carlos Moura. They were part of a group who toured our region as relations between Portugal and S.C.'s Upstate grow, and their time in Spartanburg County included visits to Boyd Cycling, part of a soft-mobility cluster in Landrum, and a lunch at local favorite Southside Smokehouse & Grille.
