Ladybug, our senior love bug underwent dental surgery to remove many decayed teeth and was spayed. Recovery has been a bit RUFF 🐶, but we're confident she'll have a more comfortable life. Dental care is crucial for smaller dogs, as neglecting it will cause severe pain, heart damage and many other medical complications. Always having a plan to be able to get your animals the care they’re going to need is part of basic responsible pet care. We have an adorably big pupdate 🥹😍 and just had to share! Ella, the Presa Mastiff mix, is all grown up! She and her siblings were rescued as emaciated babies, and it was a beautiful team effort by some of our volunteers, their family, and friends to get them healthy, safe, and into their loving forever homes.
