Bringing Health Services Closer to Home Our Services Clinic Locations Make A Donation St. Lukes Episcopal Medical Ministry is a mobile medical ministry in Northwest Louisiana. Using our medical RV we provide free preventive health screenings basic health services health education and medical referrals on a regular basis to the underserved in the rural and urban Louisiana communities of Caddo Bossier Webster Desoto and Claiborne parishes. John Wheless was a native of Jackson MS and a resident of Shreveport for 56 years.
