We unite communities to establish an action plan for youth substance abuse prevention. Program for parents who want to do all they can to prevent youth drug & alcohol experimentation. The only program that educates parent & child together. It is the mission of the non-profit CANDLE, Inc. to provide consequence-driven, innovative, contemporary, cost-effective, and replicable drug prevention education at the community level for parent and child via Reality Tour; and to develop corresponding tools for parents and schools.
