SNAP Cats Special Needs Are Precious SNAP Cats is a 501c3 nonprofit organization dedicated to the rescue and care of special needs cats. We were founded in 2013 and have grown to be one of the most well respected special needs rescuessanctuaries in the World. With facilities in Santa Rosa and Sebastopol and rescue partners all around the world SNAP Cats is devoted to saving special needs senior 15 FIV and FeLV cats who would otherwise be euthanized. Since 2013 weve rescued and placed more than 600 and counting.
