Across six countries, we train and deploy community paralegals–organizers with a sharp understanding of law–to walk with communities to protect their lands, enforce environmental law, and secure basic rights to healthcare and citizenship. Building on that grassroots experience, we pursue transformative reforms that make systems of governance more equitable and effective. Globally, we convene the Grassroots Justice Network, a global community of over 16,400 members from 175 countries who come together to connect, learn, and act to put the power of law in the hands of people.
