Nadine Miller has been named 2025 School Nurse Administrator of the Year. Nadine has been a tireless advocate for school nursing in Arizona for decades. In addition to serving as the Director of Health Services for the largest school district in Arizona, she was also the President of SNOA for many years and was able to facilitate a real positive change in the school nursing community.
