The goals of Matthew's Hearts of Hope are to raise awareness to the number one birth defect, Congenital Heart Defects (CHD), offer support to CHD patients and their families, as well as raise funds for research. MHOH seeks to support CHD Warriors and their families, honor CHD Angels and make a real and lasting difference with this disease. We are saving lives and raising hope, one and a half hearts at a time.
