Leadership program for young men Ready yoUrself For the Future is an organization that focuses on empowering young men to become outstanding leaders. This is our motto and most importantly our goal. We strive to be an important aspect in the lives of young men throughout Northern Alabama. As an organization we strive to promote leadership, morals, values, structure, and good character to young men from age 9-18. Our big three core values are integrity first, commitment to excellence, and to lead by example. The young men go through four levels of the program: Develop, Inspire, Empower, and Lead.
