Our Mission Supporting Yolo County Transition Age Youth Our nonprofit provides underserved transition age youth generally between ages 18 and 24 in Yolo County who are transitioning into independent living situations with furniture household goods bicycles and resources to furnish their first home. The youth we serve come from foster care the juvenile justice system or unstable living situations. We also offer support advocacy to this Yolo County cohort. Former foster youth move in day April 15 2024 Make It Happen for Yolo County appreciates the generous furniture donations from the Yolo County community.
