Ozarks Prairie Sooners Chartered by FMCA in March 1993 This chartered club was authorized to function as a regional group covering the geographical areas of northwest Arkansas southeast Kansas southwest Missouri and northeast Oklahoma. We are part of the South Central Area of FMCA. Our Chapter The Ozarks Prairie Sooners chapter name is derived from the home states of its members Arkansas Missouri Kansas and Oklahoma. The chapters geographical center point is Mount Vernon Missouri the same town where the group was founded in 1993.
