The Homeland Heroes Foundation is dedicated to providing ongoing re-acclimation support to active duty military, veterans, and their families. The Homeland Heroes Foundation offers an array of supportive services to active-duty service members, veterans, and their families in their time of need that restore a sense of peace, hope, community, independence, self-reliance, and wellbeing at home. • We donate furniture and new household items to create comfort at home • We bridge the gaps between ourselves and other agencies to ensure no veteran goes homeless or lives in unsafe conditions • We connect our community with the best services available to rebuild connection to family and self • We find the resources needed to help veterans restore their independence, become self-reliant and lead a life with dignity and hope
