The Superior Hiking Trail Association builds, maintains, and enhances the 300-mile footpath that follows the rocky ridgeline above Lake Superior on Minnesota's North Shore from Wisconsin-Minnesota border to the Canadian border. Our association is honored to serve as stewards and promoters of the Superior Hiking Trail, a 300-mile trail alongside Lake Superior in northern Minnesota. The SHT is a resource for everyone, where individuals discover, learn and connect with nature, themselves and each other.
