DCYO DCYO The Dougherty County Youth Orchestra was founded by its former Music Director Mr. Sergio Rodriguez in 1997. During these years because of the hard work of Dougherty County School System orchestra teachers the group has considerably improved the quality of the performances. It is made up of forty middle and high school orchestra students of the Dougherty County School System and private music students of the community.
