Water Safety Education can look a number of different ways. Sometimes it’s speaking to the first first-responders, the Lifeguards and Water Safety Instructors. Thank you to the Temecula Aquatics for allowing our board to share our story and open a dialogue on how to bridge the gap between what lifeguard do and how parents can respect pool rules and learn water safety education from young people, who are subject matter experts. Makenzie presented on Pediatric Submersion Injuries. Julie and Jonathan shared their story and mission to spread awareness and eduction.
