Areas of Service Our 4 concentrated areas of serving our community start with the multigenerational approach to involve a strong male presence engaged in the education of the child and within the school system to establish leadership and parenting skills via parent engagement with a lens to include fathers. Lastly to meet the men right where they are to include the community and prisons to elevate involved fatherhood via honor encouragenent accountability reconciliation and training. Father Engagement Every leadership and servant position that a man holds whether he has children or not if done well is ultimately a multigenerational fatherhood position. When the father is supported and guided on a healthy blueprint of manhood to lead their families and to look over the fence and within the community to train lead empower disciple and mentor not only will that family become impacted so will his sphere of influence as well.
