Art and culture were front and center for a Chairman’s Circle, Trustee Plus and Trustee reception at the NSU Art Museum last week. Guests enjoyed libations, light bites and were welcomed by Bonnie Clearwater, Director and Chief Curator. Clearwater remained and gave private tours of the museum’s curated exhibits. The main event was Christo and Jeanne-Claude’s Surrounded Island documentation exhibition, a transformative gift which includes over 43 preparatory drawings and collages created by Christo. We also proudly recognized our newest Trustee members, OneDigital and Insperity, as the latest inductees into this distinguished network. It was a night of art, appreciation, and meaningful connections within our Chamber community. At the recent Branding, Marketing & Tech council meeting, members continued driving strategic initiatives forward. Highlights included finalizing a partnership with the Better Business Bureau, continuing the exciting “Show Us Your Tech” series with a presentation on Quick Books by Isaac Mayer, and approving a motion to explore a Google Ad Grant opportunity. Attendees were also treated to a tour of the stunning and strategic office space for Paisly by JetBlue. With over 20 marketing videos in production and planning underway for the TechMark event in October, momentum is strong.
