At Moms on a Mission we strive to harness the incredible strength of mothers to serve our local communities by donating Welcome Home baskets to families moving out of homelessness into a permanent home. You can also find us on Instagram @momsonamissionva Moms on a Mission provides personal care and household essentials to those transitioning out of homelessness. Individuals are provided our resources as they exit temporary/emergency housing (homeless shelter etc.) and move into independent living (apartment, subsidized housing etc).

WHAT WE SUPPLY The Welcome Home Basket is Moms on a Missions flagship product and consists of a laundry basket full of household essentials linens and towels cleaning supplies and personal care supplies. Think of it as a home starter kit. Welcome Home Baskets The essentials and personal care items specifically for kids perfect for kids moving with their family into their own housing or for kids coming into emergency housing for the first time.
