Conscious Collaborative is a children's rights organization that provides educational opportunities and basic rights support to children in coastal Ghana. Conscious Collaborative improves the quality of life of women and youth in vulnerable fishing communities in Ghana. Through educational and employment opportunities for youth and women's economic empowerment, pathways are being built toward sustainable futures for fish-dependent communities that are facing environmental threats. We envision a future where today's youth become the innovative leaders of tomorrow, creating sustainable solutions to the most pressing issues facing their communities.
