Our residents had a delightful spring hike, exploring the sandstone cliffs and soaking in the stunning views at the Ledges. Their furry friends, George and Luna, also enjoyed the lovely weather and the chance to get some exercise. (fb)

THOP graduate and now Resident Advocate, Angela was invited to be a guest speaker and share about her journey of transformation at The Well Lansing's May meeting. She did a wonderful job! Our Founder and Executive Director, Shari was there to step in when it got tough for Angela. It takes a lot of courage for a survivor to share their story, and more so in front of a crowd. The ladies at The Well provided a safe and welcoming environment for her to open her heart and share her story of hope and redemption. There is healing power in speaking about your experiences and talking through how they affected you can help rob the trauma or abuse of its power. We are so proud of Angela! (fb)
