Limerick Neighborhood Association Welcome to the Limerick Neighborhood Were the Limerick Neighborhood Association and we serve the community between 5th and 9th St. and Breckinridge and Oak St. in Louisville KY USA. Limerick is one of seven local Historic Preservation Districts in the city and were also one of 12 groups that make up the Old Louisville Neighborhood Council.
