To foster and encourage the development of 4-H youth in cooperation with the Virginia Cooperative Extension of Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University by providing 4-H educational programs and to provide an educational center for the education and training of 4-H members and their leaders and other recognized educational programs for adults and youth groups. To operate the 4-H Center as a Conference Center to support and subsidize the 4-H educational programs.
