Welcome to Arts On Grand Enriching life in northwest Iowa through the Arts Formed in 1989 the Spencer Area Arts Council was created to encourage local artists musicians and art lovers to showcase and present their work. In the early 2000s the organizations name was changed to Arts on Grand for their new location on Grand Ave. Arts on Grand is a 501c3 nonprofit organization. Today Arts on Grand continues to promote and present local artists and musicians with a mission of enriching the lives of N.
