Power Transportation Buildings Power Transportation Buildings Carbon Plan CPIRP Every two years the NC Utilities Commission is charged with the responsibility of drafting a plan to achieve 70 carbon emissions reductions by 2030 and net zero by 2050 in the electricity sector.
