The mission and vision of Cat Around Town Project (CAT) is to bring about a time when there is a home waiting for every kitten and cat in our communities. We do this by actively rescuing cats, providing quality care and sanctuary in foster homes until loving, permanent homes are found. CAT works on reducing the free roaming community cat population through responsible pet ownership, low cost spay/neuter, TNVR, and education.
