Our mission is to connect with and empower the caregivers of wounded, ill, and injured service members and veterans. Serving The Homefront (STH) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that connects with and empowers the caregivers of wounded, ill, and injured service members and veterans through education, advocacy, and service. The United States of America has now been engaged in continuous combat operations for the longest period of time in our nation's history. Since October 2001, roughly 2.5 million troops have been deployed in support of the global war on terrorism, with over 650,000 of those service members having a documented service-related disability. At Serving The Homefront, we focus on the caregiver and the challenges they face during recovery, community reintegration and beyond. It is our mission to empower military caregivers to lead fulfilling, productive lives.
